How much does delivery cost?

• Within Nairobi: A flat rate of KES 300.

• Coffee Subscriptions: Enjoy Free Delivery on all subscriptions within Nairobi.

• Rest of Kenya: KES 500 for orders under KES 5,000. Free delivery for local orders over KES 5,000.

• International: Fees are calculated at checkout via DHL based on your destination and order weight.

International: 2–4 business days via DHL Express (though customs processing in your country may vary).

Yes. To be kinder to the environment and more economical for you on shipping costs, we require a minimum of 2kg for international orders. This ensures you have a steady supply of fresh Kenyan coffee while reducing the carbon footprint per bag.

For international orders, any local customs duties, taxes, or fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. We would recommend that you check with your local customs office for their specific policies.
