We take immense pride in bringing you exceptional Kenyan coffee, crafted with love and care, and we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition to your doorstep, wherever you're in the world.

Here's what you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship both within Kenya and internationally. Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process, based on your delivery address.

We aim to dispatch all Kenyan orders within 24 hours and global orders within 2-3 business days.

2. Local Shipping (Within Kenya)

For our Kenyan customers, we offer convenient delivery options:

  • Free Delivery within Nairobi: All coffee subscriptions receive free delivery within Nairobi.
  • Nairobi Orders: For orders within Nairobi, a flat rate of KES 300 applies. These orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
  • Outside Nairobi Orders: For orders below KES 5,000 outside Nairobi, a flat rate of KES 500 applies. These deliveries typically take 1-2 business days to reach most areas within Kenya.
  • Local Delivery Partner: We partner with a trusted third-party courier company for all our local deliveries.

3. International Shipping (Worldwide)

We're thrilled to share our coffee with the world!

  • We ship globally:  to 121 countries.
  • Worldwide Shipping Fees: DHL shipping fees are added to your order at checkout and are calculated based on the order quantity and destination.
  • Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 2-4 business days, but please note that times may vary based on the destination country and its customs processing.
  • Shipping Partner: All international orders are shipped via DHL for reliable and tracked delivery, ensuring your coffee arrives safely.

4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Please be aware that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are determined by the policies of the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Our General Return Policy:

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on any coffee products. We only offer refunds or replacements if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or praise, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Your feedback helps us grow and continually improve.

Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Orders):

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your coffee product (which includes all coffee products from our range) has arrived in poor condition, is incorrect, or is damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. For damaged items, please report the issue as soon as possible upon delivery.
  • Proof Required: To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please provide proof of the problem. This typically includes clear photos of the damaged product(s) or packaging, or a detailed description of the error in your order.
  • Assessment: All claims are thoroughly assessed by our Customer Service team and, if deemed necessary, by our Head of Coffee, to ensure a fair resolution.
  • Resolution: If your claim is validated, we will be happy to offer a replacement of the affected item(s) or a full refund for the portion of the order that was incorrect or damaged. We’ll do our best to put things right.

Taste Preferences:

Coffee tasting is a wonderfully subjective experience, and we understand that sometimes a particular coffee's flavour profile might not be exactly to your personal liking.

  • If the coffee you received, despite being correctly delivered and and in good condition, isn't quite to your taste preference, our passionate team is here to help! While we cannot offer refunds or returns for taste preferences due to the perishable nature of our product, we are more than happy to assist you in exploring other options from our range that might better match your palate. We'll guide you through our other roasts and origins to find your perfect cup.
