1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship both within Kenya and internationally. Delivery charges will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process, based on your delivery address.
We aim to dispatch all Kenyan orders within 24 hours and global orders within 2-3 business days.
2. Local Shipping (Within Kenya)
For our Kenyan customers, we offer convenient delivery options:
- Free Delivery within Nairobi: All coffee subscriptions receive free delivery within Nairobi.
- Nairobi Orders: For orders within Nairobi, a flat rate of KES 300 applies. These orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
- Outside Nairobi Orders: For orders below KES 5,000 outside Nairobi, a flat rate of KES 500 applies. These deliveries typically take 1-2 business days to reach most areas within Kenya.
- Local Delivery Partner: We partner with a trusted third-party courier company for all our local deliveries.
3. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We're thrilled to share our coffee with the world!
- We ship globally: to 121 countries.
- Worldwide Shipping Fees: DHL shipping fees are added to your order at checkout and are calculated based on the order quantity and destination.
- Delivery Time: International deliveries typically take 2-4 business days, but please note that times may vary based on the destination country and its customs processing.
- Shipping Partner: All international orders are shipped via DHL for reliable and tracked delivery, ensuring your coffee arrives safely.
4. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Please be aware that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are determined by the policies of the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
